2. Eligibility

Our website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.

3. Digital Products

ChrisDon Vault products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product is expressly identified as a physical product at the time of purchase.

Depending on the product, digital materials may be provided through a download link, email, customer access page, or another electronic delivery method.

Product descriptions will identify relevant features and intended uses. Certain workbooks, planners, journals, or companion materials may be printable or fillable, while an ebook or other product may be intended primarily for reading.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device, software, internet connection, or other technology necessary to access and use the purchased digital materials.

4. Digital Product License

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a ChrisDon Vault digital product provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may download and use purchased materials for your personal use and may print materials specifically designed to be printable.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of ChrisDon Vault's intellectual property or grant permission to commercially exploit the product.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute a ChrisDon Vault digital product.
• Share purchased files, download links, or access credentials with others.
• Upload or distribute the product through file-sharing websites, social media, online groups, marketplaces, or other platforms.
• Reproduce the product for commercial distribution.
• Modify, copy, or repurpose substantial portions of a product for resale or commercial use.
• Represent ChrisDon Vault content as your own work.
• Use ChrisDon Vault content to create a competing commercial product without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with ChrisDon Vault or the applicable rights holder.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time.

Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid digital product is provided. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

ChrisDon Vault does not intend to directly store complete payment-card information. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or technical errors, or misuse of our website or products.

If ChrisDon Vault cancels a paid order before the purchased product has been properly provided, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded where appropriate.

6. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products are generally made available electronically following successful payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when purchasing.

If you experience a legitimate problem receiving, downloading, opening, or accessing a purchased product, contact support@chrisdonvault.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified access or delivery problems.

Customers should download and securely retain purchased files when downloads are provided. We do not guarantee that a particular download link, customer portal, platform, or hosting method will remain available indefinitely.

7. Refunds and Final Sale Policy

Because ChrisDon Vault sells digital products that can generally be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, sales of digital products are final once access to the purchased digital content has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds because a customer:

• Changes their mind after receiving access to the digital product.
• Decides not to use or complete the product.
• Expected results that were not expressly promised.
• Accidentally purchases a product after the product and price were clearly presented.

However, we want customers to receive what they purchased. Please contact support@chrisdonvault.com if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You received the wrong product.
• A purchased file is defective or cannot reasonably be accessed and we are unable to correct the problem.
• You believe a charge was made in error.
• Applicable law otherwise gives you a right to a refund or other remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Personal Development and Educational Disclaimer

ChrisDon Vault provides personal-development, lifestyle, reflection, organization, and educational materials.

The ChrisDon Vault name, branding, website content, product designs, written materials, graphics, original images, product titles, downloadable materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to ChrisDon Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
